This product is white or kind of white powder. It can dissolve in water and glycerin, slightly dissolve in prophylene glycol.

Content: ≥98%

Action Mechanism:

Vitamin C is a well-known skin-whitening agent. It can prompt the synthesis of ossein and restrain the oxidation of the lipid. However, it easily change colour by oxidation, so the application of Vitamin C is limited. The Brillian-300 can overcome this shortcoming. the stability of this product is highlyimproved, and once it is absorbed by skin, it quickly decomposes into Vitamin C to exert the physiological action of Vitamin C.

Safety:

Nontoxic, non-irritant, safe and reliable.

Phosphate:

It can restrain the melanin formation and has strong skin whitening effect.

Stability:

The photosensitivity and heat sensitivity of this product are much lower than Vitamin C. It can keep its color in a long time stability in water is much more higher than Vitamin C,. The product is stable when PH is more than 6.5 and it will be the stablest when the PH is equal to 6.5.

Synergy with vitamin E acetate :

This product has strong synergistic action with vitamin E acetate.

Skin Care Product: 1 ~3%
